OUR WINES

A plea for the perfect everyday wine.

It is the one bottle of wine that is always in the house, whether for surprise visitors or after a long workday.

Not a big name, famous wine, but a solid, great quality wine that is not too expensive.

Cabernet.jpeg

2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
Napa Valley

This Cabernet is a big, fruit forward wine. It is purple in color with tons of texture. The 2021 has aromas of blackcurrants, cassis and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine with notes of dark fruits, toasted mocha, hazelnut, and blueberries ending in a long finish with polished fine tannins. Although we make the Smokescreen wines to be drinkable at release, it can be aged for years to come.

The Chemist.jpeg

2019 The Chemist
Paso Robles

The 2019 Chemist is a blend of GSM, Petite Sirah and our newest member, Teroldego. The Chemist has a deep, inky purple color and aromas of berry cobbler, blackberry and tobacco. On the palate the Chemist is a big, bold, racy wine with tons of black fruits, tar, graphite and a long finish with ultra-fine tannins. Although powerful, it is nuanced and elegant as Chemist fans expect, and is going to evolve gracefully.

Pinot Noir.jpeg

2022 Pinot Noir
Russian River

This Pinot Noir exhibits exceptional balance and elegance. With enticing aromas of blueberry, red raspberry, and black fruits. The first sip is soft with polished tannins and flavors of black berries and black cherry. There’s a touch of baking spices and a splash of bright acidity in the finish.

SavBlanc.jpeg

2022 Sauvignon Blanc
Lambert Vineyard, Suisun Valley

On the nose there are hints of honeysuckle, lemon blossoms and a floral quality. The wine has some influence from Bordeaux by fermenting in French barrels, although totally neutral barrels, to give this release a great texture that makes it lively from the start. The palate is creamy with flavors of citrus, honeysuckle & tropical flavors finishing dry with a long lingering finish. For all of you oyster lovers, this is for you.

Chardonnay.jpeg

2021 Chardonnay
North Coast

Burgundy meets California style Chardonnay. A touch of oak and ML makes for a very food friendly wine. Super fragrant nose with tropical pear, white flower, peach, and a hint of flint. The palate opens to a creamy texture with great acidity, hints of green apple, pear, and citrus blossom, with a touch of pineapple ending with pleasant minerality and a velvety finish.
